ABOUT Dubrovnik villa nautica

The Villa Nautica is placed on 4000- square- meter property with stone gardens, olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, pine trees, and other mediterranian plants. The Villa consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, huge  kitchen with a  dinning room and living room equipped with 50” LCD  SAT TV.

On the second floor there is a separate apartment which has access from the house, but also, a separate entrance from the garden. This apartment is a part of the villa and it consists of double bedroom, kitchen, living room with possibility to sleep for 2 persons, bathroom with jaccuzzy and dining room. 

The interior design is very modern, functional and equipped at high standards: Full air conditioning system, wireless internet access, SAT TV, There is also a big swimming pool and several sunbathing terraces. The gardens are lit during the night. One of the terraces is roofed and there is a summer kitchen with barbeque and dinning for 12 persons.
